ServiceNow Set to Acquire Task Mining Firm UltimateSuite

ServiceNow will buy task mining company UltimateSuite. This enhances its process mining and automation, boosting ServiceNow’s AI and automation capabilities. It will help customers find and fix process bottlenecks.

A Gartner study shows rapid process mining growth, and that technology is crucial for actionable insights. It acts like an X-ray across businesses, revealing and automating operational bottlenecks.

Eric Schroeder, VP at ServiceNow, emphasizes the importance of task mining. “Task mining reveals a more accurate picture of work,” he said. “With UltimateSuite, we can automate workflows more easily.”

ServiceNow’s latest move enhances its automation abilities. UltimateSuite offers insights for streamlining work by identifying automation opportunities. Its predictive analysis provides operational intelligence, accelerates digital transformation, and improves employee experiences.

Robert Samanek, CEO of UltimateSuite, sees automation as key to creativity and productivity. “Joining ServiceNow will transform how people work,” he said.

UltimateSuite, founded in 2020, is based in Prague. It gained recognition for its innovative technology. The acquisition follows ServiceNow’s strategy to enhance automation and AI solutions. The deal is expected to close in Q1 2024. The financial terms are undisclosed.
