Komodo Health names Vikas Mehta as Chief Financial Officer and Sarah Shin as Chief People Officer
Komodo Health has appointed Vikas Mehta as its new Chief Financial Officer and Sarah Shin as its new Chief People Officer. They will be responsible for pursuing Komodo’s long-term development and growth plan and will join the executive team to keep and develop its client base.
As CFO, Mehta will collaborate with Komodo’s executive team to build on its substantial revenue and market expansion while enhancing its financial and operational processes. Komodo’s Annual Recurring Revenue topped $200 million during its most recent fiscal year. Mehta believes “the potential for growth in healthcare technology is enormous.” Komodo’s Healthcare Map and continuous innovation have catapulted it to the forefront of the medical equipment space. He looks forward to collaborating with Komodo’s experienced staff to build on the company’s robust financial and operational platform and take it to the next level.
Mehta is a financial expert who has led digital changes at Fortune 50 businesses, including Nike, Walmart, Microsoft, and Paypal. He was previously the CFO of Nike Direct, where he established strategic leadership and guidance to achieve a digital turnaround during the pandemic.
Shin, Komodo’s new Chief People Officer, will lead Komodo’s People, employees, and initiatives, focusing on organizational design, talent acquisition, engagement, training and development, employee experience, and purpose alignment to promote Komodo’s culture, values, and talent.
Shin explained she is excited to join an executive team that values and invests in its people, culture, and values to create a lasting strategic advantage for Komodo. She will focus on creating solutions that help the company’s goals and business prospects. Shin is an experienced global leader with social and cultural strategy and growth expertise. She formerly held executive positions at Apple, Apple Health, LeapFrog, and Hewlett Packard. Shin’s duties included worldwide workforce management, growth plans, and HR-wide company strategy formulation, execution, vision, and operations.
